Most buyers won't show you a number until you've packed a box and posted it. This is ours — per box, by brand. The bottom of each range is a box close to its expiration date, or one that has been knocked about; the top is a sealed box with plenty of dating left on it.

Insulin Pen Needles

This list is a starting point, not a quote. Two things move the number: how much time is left before the expiration date, and what condition the box is in. Plenty of dating and sealed packaging pays the top of the range; close to expiry pays the bottom, and dinged or opened boxes less again. Some items we check on before quoting at all.
Prices are per box, and most people have several. No minimum, and nothing owed if the number isn't worth it to you.
What isn't on this list
Anything opened, damaged or past its expiration date — those have no resale value and we don't buy them. Supplies marked for Medicare or Medicaid use, which can't legally be sold by anyone. And prescription medication of any kind: insulin, Ozempic and Mounjaro can't be resold, though they can be donated. Some items on the sheets we buy from are quoted case by case rather than at a set rate, so if what you have isn't listed here it is worth asking rather than assuming.
