Payment only goes out once we've received and inspected your items and confirmed they match what was described — we pay the same or next day after that, any day of the week, via Cash, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay. Local pickup customers get cash on the spot once we've checked the items at the meetup.

Is there a minimum quantity I need to sell?

No minimum! Whether you have a single box of test strips or a large supply of sensors and pump supplies, we'll make you an offer. Prices are per-unit, so the total grows with quantity, but the per-unit rate stays the same regardless of how much you sell.

We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. A small flat shipping deduction may apply to shipped offers, but it will never push your offer below our minimum floor percentage. Local pickups have no shipping deduction at all.

Can I ship from outside Ohio?

Absolutely! We accept shipments from anywhere in the United States. Just request a prepaid label when you submit your items.

What types of diabetic supplies do you buy?

We buy a wide range of unused, unopened diabetic supplies including test strips, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and sensors, insulin pump supplies, pen needles, and lancets. If you're unsure whether we'll accept an item, submit it and we'll let you know.

Yes — we only purchase sealed, unopened supplies in their original packaging. Opened or used items generally cannot be resold and will not receive an offer. Damaged or expired packaging may reduce the offer amount.
