Who We Are

Cleveland Diabetic Supply Buyback is a supply buyback business based in Cleveland, OH. We purchase unused, unexpired diabetic test strips, continuous glucose monitor sensors, and insulin pump supplies from individuals, and resell them to licensed wholesale medical supply purchasers. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote — on our website, by text, by phone, or through a form on a social media platform — we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Location details: your address, city, state, and ZIP code, used to arrange local pickup or shipping.
• Item details: the products you want to sell, including brand, quantity, condition, lot number, and expiration date.
• Photos you send us of the items and their packaging, so we can verify condition and expiration.
• Payment preference: which method you'd like to be paid by. We do not collect or store your account numbers, card numbers, or login credentials.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, insurance information, medical records, or prescription history. Please don't send them.

How We Use It

• To review your items and send you a cash offer.
• To arrange a local pickup or send you a prepaid shipping label.
• To pay you once you accept an offer.
• To contact you about your submission, including follow-ups if we haven't heard back.

What We Share — and What We Don't

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

When we resell supplies to a wholesale purchaser, the invoice we send them lists only the product details — item name, SKU, quantity, condition, and expiration date. It does not include your name, contact information, or address. Purchasers never learn who we bought from.

We do share limited information with a small number of service providers who help us operate:

• Our web hosting and database provider, which stores your submission.
• Our email provider, to deliver offer and status messages to you.
• Payment services you choose (such as PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp) — you provide your details directly to them, not to us.
• Shipping carriers, if you choose to mail your items in.
• Social media advertising platforms, if you submitted your information through a form hosted on their platform. Their own privacy policy also applies to that submission.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to investigate fraud or stolen product.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through our site — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the quote form is working. Google sets cookies to do this. We use it to improve the site, not to build a profile of you, and we don't use it for advertising or remarketing.

Google Analytics does not receive your name, phone number, email, address, or anything you type into the quote form. Those go straight to us and are never passed to it.

You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.

The only other cookie we set is a login session cookie for our own staff when they sign in to manage orders — it isn't set for visitors browsing the site or submitting a quote request. We don't use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels.

Text Messages and Calls

If you contact us by text or give us your phone number, we'll use it to reply about your quote and coordinate pickup or shipping. We don't sell your number or add you to unrelated marketing lists. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How Long We Keep It

We keep submission and purchase records as long as needed to complete the transaction and to satisfy accounting and tax recordkeeping requirements. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to retain.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information, subject to our recordkeeping obligations above.
• Stop contacting you.

Security

Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a password-protected database that only we can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect specifically so there's less to expose.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
