We pay based on the condition your items arrive in. If packaging fails and products are damaged during shipping, your offer may be reduced — or items may be returned at your expense. Taking five extra minutes to pack properly can mean the difference between full payout and a reduced offer.
How to Pack Your Shipment
Four steps to a safe, secure shipment
Use a Sturdy Box
Choose a corrugated cardboard box that fits your items snugly. Avoid envelopes or padded mailers — they don't protect against crushing or bending during transit.
- Double-walled boxes for heavier shipments
- No oversized boxes — excess space increases movement
- Reuse original product boxes inside the shipping box if available
Cushion & Protect
Wrap each item individually and fill all empty space so nothing shifts during shipping. Movement causes damage, and damaged items reduce your payout.
- Bubble wrap each item individually
- Fill gaps with packing peanuts or crumpled paper
- Seal fragile items in a separate inner box
Seal Securely
Use heavy-duty packing tape — not masking, scotch, or duct tape. Tape every seam of the box in an H-pattern for maximum security.
- Apply tape along all center seams
- Reinforce corners and edges
- Never use string or twine — it gets caught in sorting machines
Protect Sensitive Items
Diabetic sensors, pumps, and test strips are temperature-sensitive and fragile. Mark fragile items clearly and avoid shipping in extreme weather when possible.
- Label 'FRAGILE' on multiple sides of the box
- Insulate temperature-sensitive items in cold months
- Ship early in the week to avoid weekend warehouse delays

Please leave the pharmacy sticker on
This is the one that costs the most. People peel the pharmacy label off before sending, usually to keep their name off it — completely understandable, but the sticker takes a layer of the carton with it, and a scuffed or torn box gets rejected further down the line even when the supplies inside are perfect.
If you'd rather your details weren't on it, score through them with a marker, or just leave it and tell us — we take the labels off properly before anything is resold. Please don't peel, soak, scrape or pick at it.
Don't ship loose items in a padded envelope — they will be crushed
Don't use shoe boxes or thin gift boxes as your shipping container
