We're an independent local buyer of unused diabetic supplies, based in Cleveland and working across Greater Cleveland since July 2026. Not a mail-in company, not a national operation with a warehouse in another state — someone who drives out and meets you.
Someone texts a photo of what's in their cupboard. We look at the brand, the expiration date and the state of the box, send a number back, and if they want to go ahead we meet somewhere that suits them — their place or a car park, whichever they'd rather — check the boxes in front of them and hand over cash.
Most of what we're offered comes from four situations: someone switched from test strips to a CGM and has half a prescription left, someone changed insurance, someone stopped a treatment early, or someone is clearing out a parent's house and found a cupboard full of boxes they assumed were worthless.
The single most common reason we turn something down isn't the expiration date, which is what people expect — it's that a vial has been opened. Sealed matters more than new. A box with eight months left and an intact seal is worth real money; the same box opened is worth nothing to anyone.
The three things we won't bend on.
Nothing is shipped, handed over, or signed for before you're paid. We meet in person, you watch the boxes get checked, and you're paid on the spot. If the boxes aren't what the photos showed, you're free to say no and keep them — that happens sometimes and it's a normal outcome, not an argument.
We don't buy anything a government health program paid for, expired stock, or opened boxes. Prescription medication is case by case rather than a flat no, and a person decides it, not a form. We'd rather tell you that on the first text than after you've packed a bag and driven somewhere. If you're not sure which you have, send a photo and we'll tell you before anything moves.
What we pay by brand is on the site. The number moves with the expiration date and the condition of the box, and those are the only two things that move it — not how keen you seem, and not whether you're picking up or shipping.
Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs, east side and west side both — Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Beachwood and everywhere between. Pickup is free and always has been; nobody is charged for us driving out.
Outside Greater Cleveland we send a prepaid shipping label instead, so it costs nothing either way. What we pay, by brand.
Text is fastest, and a photo of the box and its expiration date gets you a real number rather than a range. We reply mon–sun 8am–10:30pm.
