1. Who these terms are between

These terms apply to Cleveland Diabetic Supply Buyback ("we", "us") and anyone who requests a quote from us, sells supplies to us, or uses this website ("you"). Requesting a quote or accepting an offer means you accept these terms.

If you don't agree with them, don't submit a quote request — no harm done, and nothing is owed either way.

2. What we buy

We buy unused diabetic testing and delivery supplies: boxed test strips, continuous glucose monitor sensors and transmitters, insulin pump supplies, and sealed pen needles.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Sealed in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging
• Unexpired, with the expiration date legible on the box
• Legally yours to sell — you own them outright
• Free of pharmacy labels containing someone else's personal information
• Stored at normal room conditions, not frozen, overheated or exposed to moisture

3. What we don't buy

We do not buy supplies that were paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other program or plan whose rules prohibit resale. We do not buy prescription medications, insulin, opened or partially used boxes, expired items, or anything with damaged or tampered packaging.

4. Quotes and offers

A quote is our estimate based on what you tell us and the photos you send. It is not a binding contract, and it depends on the items arriving as described.

Pricing is per unit and depends mainly on brand, quantity, condition and how much dating is left on the box. An offer is valid for the period stated in the offer itself.

You are under no obligation to accept an offer, at any point, including after we've sent a shipping label.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

If you accept an offer and choose to ship, we provide a prepaid shipping label at our expense. Pack supplies so they arrive in the condition they left — our shipping guidelines explain how.

Until a package reaches us and we confirm receipt, the supplies are still yours. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with you and the carrier on the claim, but we can only pay for items we actually receive.

6. Local pickup

Around Cleveland we meet in person at a public place of your choosing. We check the boxes in front of you and pay on the spot. You are free to decline the offer at the meetup and keep your supplies — that's the point of checking them together.

7. Inspection and revised offers

Every shipment is inspected on arrival. If the items match what was described, we pay the agreed amount.

If they differ — a different count, less dating than stated, damaged or opened packaging — we'll contact you with a revised offer and the reason for it. You can accept the revised amount, or decline it and we'll arrange to return the items to you at our cost.

We do not keep or dispose of anything you haven't agreed to sell.

8. Payment

We pay by PayPal, Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, or cash for local pickups. Payment goes out once we've received and inspected your supplies and you've accepted the final amount.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to what you receive. We don't provide tax advice.

9. What you're telling us when you sell

By accepting an offer and sending or handing over supplies, you confirm that:

• You own the items and have the right to sell them
• They were not obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, insurance fraud, or theft
• They have been stored properly and not tampered with, refilled or relabelled
• The information you gave us about brand, count, condition and expiration is accurate to the best of your knowledge

10. This is not medical advice

Everything on this website — guides on storage, expiration, device comparisons — is general information about supplies we buy. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for your doctor, pharmacist or the manufacturer's instructions. Never make a treatment decision based on what you read here.

11. Using this website

The content, layout, logos and written material on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read it, link to it and share it. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it, or republish it as your own.

Don't use this site to submit false information, someone else's personal details, or anything unlawful.

12. Disclaimers and limits

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep prices, ranges and guidance accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free, and published ranges are not offers.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with a transaction is limited to the amount we agreed to pay you for the supplies involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. A transaction is governed by the terms in effect on the day your offer was accepted.
